How To Make Jjapaguri 짜빠구리 만들기 본문
The hit movie, Parasite, introduced more Americans to Korean culture and food.
More and more people around the world are starting to see what the Korean craze is all about.
Ingredients
- Jjapaghetti (짜파게티)
- Neoguri (너구리)
- 500 ml of water
- 100 g of stew beef
How To Make Jjapaguri
1. Boil the water in a pot on medium high heat.
2. Put 1 Tbs of oil in a pan and add stew beef, stir the beef, cook, and add hot water in the pan.
3. When the water boils, add the Jjapaghetti noodles, Neoguri noodles, and dried vegetable flakes in the pot.
4. Boil it until the noodles are cooked, about 3 mins. During this time, mix the noodles well by lifting and dropping them a couple of times with chopsticks or a tong.
6. Drain the water but leave about half of the water. Then add the whole packet of Jjapaghetti powder soup sauce, 1/2 packet of Neoguri powder soup sauce, and olive oil from the Jjapaghetti sauce.
6. Mix them well and serve on a plate.
7. Enjoy the Jjpaguri!
